Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Is there VAT discount for customers outside the European Union?
The price displayed is the end cost to the customer, where any UK government tax, or VAT, is included in the price, our customers will not be subject to any surcharge on checkout irrespective of their location. In regards to import duties, this is totally out of our control. All customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. This is the recipients responsibility.
What type of delivery service do you use?
All deliveries require a signature and are traceable on request. We mainly use Royal Mail, but also courier services where necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship Worldwide. If for some reason your country does not appear on the shipping list, please contact us for a quote.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges are quoted as a flat rate specific to your location; the more you buy the better saving you have on delivery costs. All delivery charges are quoted when checking out.
Has my order been shipped?
You will be sent a dispatch e-mail once your order has been sent.
Will I incur any customs and import charges?
We regret that this is totally out of our control. All customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient is solely responsible for paying these charges.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you are concerned by the charges you may incur. Custom charges and policies vary widely from country to country.

What is your returns policy on bespoke shirts?
A bespoke shirt is personal to your requirements; we will only issue a refund/exchange if either of the following situations occurs.
1. The shirt measurements and/or specifications are different to those requested by the customer.
2. There is a quality or fault issue.
If there is an issue with your bespoke shirt, we advise you to email us first so we can rectify the matter.

I want a product, but it is out of stock?
Any out of stock items that are still listed on the website can be requested on their specific product page. If an item has been removed from the website, then we suggest you send us a message via the contact page with the item in question and we will see if we can still source it for you.
How do I purchase a gift voucher/certificate?

We source our products globally. We take time and consideraion when choosing our suppliers, always visting and building a realtionship before we agree to do production. We have built honest and trustworthy realtionship with our suppliers over the years, so we know exactky who makes them and the conditions they are made under.
Our bespoke shirts are made in our overseas office by our team of highly skilled tailors.
